DMCA Policy

UnlockEarn respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy outlines how we handle copyright infringement claims on our platform. UnlockEarn operates as a technology intermediary and does not host, store, or control content accessible through locked links. However, we take copyright infringement seriously and will respond to valid takedown notices.

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act on behalf of one) and believe that content accessible through a locked link on UnlockEarn infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA notice to us containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works, a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material — specifically, the UnlockEarn link URL(s) that redirect to the infringing content.
3. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. We recommend consulting with legal counsel before filing a DMCA notice.

3. Counter-Notification

If you are a Creator and your locked link has been disabled due to a DMCA notice, and you believe the takedown was improper or a result of mistake, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

1. Identification of the disabled link(s) and the original destination URL.
2. Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the copyright owner does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days, we may restore the disabled link at our discretion.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, UnlockEarn maintains a repeat infringer policy:

• Creators who receive multiple valid DMCA takedown notices are considered repeat infringers.
• Repeat infringer accounts will be permanently terminated.
• All pending earnings will be forfeited upon termination for repeat infringement.
• We maintain records of all DMCA notices and counter-notifications.

5. Third-Party Hosting

UnlockEarn does not host any files or content. Our platform only creates redirect links to URLs provided by Creators. If your copyrighted work is hosted on a third-party service (such as Google Drive, Mediafire, Dropbox, etc.), we recommend contacting that third-party host directly as they have the ability to remove the infringing content at its source. UnlockEarn can only disable the redirect link pointing to such content.

6. Liability & Indemnification

UnlockEarn is not liable for any damages resulting from the removal or disabling of links in response to DMCA notices. Creators agree to indemnify UnlockEarn against any claims arising from content they link to, including copyright infringement claims.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
